CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Aller Retour ships worldwide. 

Aller Retour processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and associated tracking number.

Although most orders will be shipped out within 2 business days or less, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Holidays and high volume periods may delay this process. Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or canceled.
